We started 2025 by conducting an anonymous feedback report for our Supported Living service, surveying staff, relatives, and external professionals that collaborate with us.
Overall, the feedback indicated a strong level of satisfaction, with employees expressing fulfilment in their roles, families demonstrating confidence in the care being delivered, and professionals crediting the reliability of our service.
Here are some of the highlights:
Staff

- “I feel it would be difficult to improve anything about my work experience. I feel it’s a happy service, with a family environment which I can see in the amazing people I’m lucky enough to be supporting and watch them grow into amazing individuals.”

Overall, the feedback from professionals, families and staff were incredibly positive, with many highlighting the dedication and care provided by the idem living team. Our Head of Adult Services, Becky Reavey, was credited throughout by staff and loved ones.
We are particularly delighted that the feedback consistently praised our person-centred approach, our dedicated PBS lead Kyle, and our transparency in communications.
