We built a dedicated in-house PBS team to ensure our staff understand the meaning behind behaviour of concern, and to help them construct personalised plans to promote independence.
Safety Intervention
Our staff are trained in the best methods of communication, prevention, and de-escalation to keep everyone safe whilst maintaining individual dignity and respect.
Active Support
